United States: $25 USD standard shipping, 5 to 10 business days. Free on orders over $300 USD.
Elsewhere: rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery usually takes 10 to 21 business days.

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We ship directly to Canada and the United States, and to selected international destinations including the European Union through our authorised distributor. If you do not see your country at checkout, email hello@lyrome.com and we will tell you what is possible.

You will get a confirmation email when you place your order, and a second email with a tracking number once it ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after that for the carrier's tracking to start updating.

On international orders, customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country, are the recipient's responsibility, and are not included in the price at checkout. For orders shipped within the European Union through our authorised distributor, taxes are collected at checkout where applicable.

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. The product needs to be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons we generally cannot accept opened skincare back, unless the product is defective or you experienced an adverse reaction. Start a return by emailing returns@lyrome.com, and please wait for authorisation before shipping anything back.

Email returns@lyrome.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Email hello@lyrome.com as soon as you can. We can usually cancel an order that has not yet been prepared for shipment. Once it has shipped, our return policy applies instead.

Once we receive and inspect your return we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, and your bank or card issuer may take a few days more to show it on your statement. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product.

Every mist starts from our Gemstone Infusion, quartz-treated water, and builds on it with sodium hyaluronate, panthenol (provitamin B5), niacinamide, a blend of amino acids and squalane.

The hero ingredient differs by stone: Rose Quartz uses Vaccinium Uliginosum berry extract, Amethyst Quartz uses Calendula Officinalis, and Clear Quartz uses Centella Asiatica.

Yes. All three face mists are fragrance-free and alcohol-free. Fragrance is a common irritant for sensitive and eczema-prone skin, so we leave it out.

Amethyst Quartz. It is our scent-free formula, built around Calendula Officinalis with the skin barrier in mind.

That said, all three mists are fragrance-free and alcohol-free, and triggers are individual. We recommend a patch test before first use whichever one you choose.

Yes to both. Our face mists are vegan and halal certified, and they are formulated and filled in small, numbered batches in Ontario, Canada.

Yes. Novéra is now Lyrome. Same company, Lyrome Inc., formerly Novera Luxe Inc., the same formulas and the same production in Ontario. The name changed; the product did not.

noveraskincare.com now redirects here, and orders placed under the Novéra name are supported exactly as before.

A 30-minute one-to-one video session with a Lyrome skincare professional, your own Skin Passport, and check-ins at Day 15 and Day 30. It costs $40, which is credited toward your first product if you decide to buy something.

No. The Skin Passport is yours to keep whether you buy anything or not, and there is no follow-up sales call.
